Nicholas Cardoza
Nicholas Cardoza's journey is a testament to the power of following one's passions and carving out a unique path in life.
Born in 1985 in Naples, Florida, Nicholas's early years were shaped by the coastal landscapes of the southeast coast of Massachusetts, where he spent his formative years in places like Fairhaven, New Bedford, and Dartmouth. Despite his Florida roots, Nicholas's upbringing in New England instilled in him a deep connection to the sea, igniting his lifelong love for yachting from an early age.
Raised in a family of Portuguese and Jewish descent, Nicholas's childhood was steeped in rich traditions of family activities and culinary delights. Inspired by the renowned chef Emeril Lagasse, Nicholas embarked on a culinary journey that took him from the bustling kitchens of New York City to the culinary schools of Italy and Argentina. Along the way, he honed his skills in seafood cuisine and discovered a passion for exploring diverse cultures through their culinary traditions.

OUR FOUNDER
Nicholas Cardoza
A renowned expert with decades of experience in all aspects of yachting, Nicholas Cardoza is driven by an obsession with providing his clients exceptional services and counsel based on his unrivaled knowledge of the industry.
With nearly two decades’ of experience in the global market, Cardoza is one of Florida’s most respected and knowledgeable yacht brokers and assists an international clientele with all aspects of yacht sales, charters and construction.
Cardoza’s unique and lifelong passion for sailing began on the southeast coast of New England when he joined his high school sailing team. After stints at culinary school in Europe and New York, Cardoza became a personal chef on superyachts. He worked his way up to being a deckhand and captain and sailed across the Atlantic Ocean twice. Today, he stands as one of the youngest yacht brokerage owners in southeast Florida and is fluent in English, Spanish, Italian and Portuguese.
Cardoza's client roster includes an exclusive clientele comprising high-net-worth individuals, renowned developers, and enterprising entrepreneurs. They value his industry-defining knowledge, innovative technical approach, and his ability to adeptly guide them through intricate sales and purchase processes.
